Toronto Beach Chorale – Audience Privacy Policy

Toronto Beach Chorale (“TBC”) has created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting information which you submit to us directly or through an online ticket ordering company. This privacy policy only applies to information gathered directly, through the Toronto Beach Chorale web site and provided by an online ticket ordering company such as Eventbrite.
Each time you purchase a ticket to a TBC event, or provide us with information, by doing so you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy and you are agreeing that you are expressly and affirmatively consenting to our use of the information that you provide, and consenting to receive emails and regular mail, as described below in this privacy policy.

When we say “we” in this privacy policy, we mean Toronto Beach Chorale, a registered not-for-profit charitable organization.
Information We Collect From You
In order to provide you with information regarding TBC events that may be of interest to you, we may collect “contact information” (i.e. information that could be used to contact you such as full name, postal address, phone number and email address) from you directly or through an online ticket ordering company such as Eventbrite.
How We Use Contact Information
We use contact information only for sales analyses and other business analyses, and to provide you with information in connection with TBC events.
Should you not wish to receive notices via email or regular mail, please send an email containing your name and email address to torontobeachchorale@gmail.com with the subject “Unsubscribe”
Divulging Your Contact Information for Legal and Administrative Reasons.
TBC will not provide your contact information to any individual or organization outside of the Toronto Beach Chorale; however, we may disclose specific contact information when we determine that such disclosure is necessary to comply with law, to cooperate with or seek assistance from law enforcement or to protect the interests or safety of Toronto Beach Chorale.
Responsibility.
Toronto Beach Chorale will not be responsible or otherwise liable for any use or disclosure of your information (for example, your contact information and your financial information) by an online ticket ordering company such as Eventbrite or by a third party to whom the aforementioned company is allowed to disclose your contact information under their own privacy policy (www.eventbrite.com, for example).
